Participants in the seventeenth edition of the Masters program in International Business Studies, organised by Cis - School for Business Management, visited Litokol's facility in Via Falcone in Rubiera.
Litokol is one of the partners of this course that offers training opportunities to young unemployed graduates in order for them to become professionals who will play leadership roles in the areas of management control, human resources, production and marketing.
During the production plant visit, course participants also observed two highly automated production lines dedicated to the Starlike® joint sealant range. In the late morning, the group attended a presentation in the training centre.
Litokol's history and its process of business internationalisation with particular relevance to aspects of logistics and marketing were just some of the topics that were covered.
The visit fits within the reports by managers and entrepreneurs included in the masters training course.
